About Me!
Hey friends, my name is Karen Morgan, owner and creator of Karen Morgan Photography. My passion for photography began at a young age, whenever I purchased my first, film based camera from a convenience store at the age of 12! LOL! Having moved several times throughout my childhood, I loved being able to freeze those moments in time with photographs.
From Detroit to Cumberland, where I am happy to call home, you can find me sipping on iced tea or cold brew while editing photos or trying out new techniques and styles! I have an awesome husband, Tom who helps me create new areas on our property for photography sessions. We have twin boys who are in college, and our sweet dog, Jax!
Keeping up-to-date in the field of senior photography is extremely important to me. Each year I travel to exclusive senior photography workshops and conferences all over the US to stay on top of this field.
Being a teen is such an amazing time in your life! I want to preserve those moments in time for you and your parents! With a custom teen or senior session, you have the ability to be yourself in a relaxed, yet fun atmosphere! I love working with high school seniors who are fashion forward and want photos that reflect who they are! My images are true to color- meaning your skin tones and hair color will be accurate. Filters are great for your everyday Instagram posts, but senior photos should be true to you!
