Welcome Baby Cohen | Fresh 48 Photography Session, Cumberland, MD
/Baby Cohen arrived January 23rd, 2019 at 2:26pm. He weighed a perfect 7Ibs 6oz, and 18.75 inches! He was welcomed with loving arms but his mom, Tiffany, his dad, James, and his new older brother, Connor. He is a happy, cute, and already SO loved bundle of joy.
When you think of what the two days after the birth of your new baby is like, it can be hard to remember. Your tired - EXHAUSTED - and overwhelmed. You’re trying to sleep in between feedings and visitors. You’re not worried about whether or not you will remember these moments years down the road - you’re simply in awe about staring at your new little bundle. Let me worry about telling your story with photographs.

I realize you will be tired after giving birth and this is a time of recovery, however, you will be so thankful you did this. While I am there, I am aware of these things, and will work quickly to capture all those details, bonds, and interactions with your new little one.
There is no need to worry about posing with Fresh 48. This style of photography is about capturing more lifestyle and natural moments. I will help guide you and your family with very basic prompts. I promise, it is nothing you can’t handle! Especially after hours of (and MONTHS!) of waiting to meet your new baby.
Fresh 48 Lifestyle Photography is taking natural light and unposed moments to create a classic and timeless keepsake. As much as I love the digital age, I also love to print artwork for clients, at least one special image to be displayed in your home. Maybe for the nursery - a place you will look at it every day to remember those first 48 hours.
I highly recommend a keepsake album for your child. They will thank you one day! Maternity and Fresh 48 Photography was not ‘a thing’ when I had my boys. I certainly wish it had been. I would give anything to have images of their tiny little hands and feet. My twin boys loved just sitting and looking at baby pictures of themselves. Now that they are sixteen, they are happy to have all the tangible memories we were able to create.
Tiffany asked me to photograph her Fresh 48 very early in her pregnancy. We quickly became friends on Facebook and it was a blast to watch her belly grow and be a part of her excitement as she posted! Before she headed to the hospital, she sent me a message saying “We’re in labor and delivery for the night! Just wanted to give you a heads up!” I was absolutely THRILLED for Tiffany and her family!
While Tiffany changed, I used that time to capture father and son bonding moments, then added in Connor for his big brother debut!
Cohen was such a sweet little guy! He made the cutest little faces.
Does your brother have stinky feet? LOL!!
Big brother Connor, was thrilled when I suggested he hold his little brother. I could see instantly that Connor is going to be an amazing brother who will always look out for him. It melted my heart to see him look down at Cohen and smile. He was so proud to be a big brother.
